Best months to visit Rio De Janeiro
Rio can be visited all year round and there is not really a bad time to go. The summer months of December until March are the hottest, the most humid and there are often tropical storms. April and May are great times to go for slightly cooler temperatures and less crowds as are the months of October and November. The winter months of June until August, whilst slightly colder, are popular times for British tourists as the weather is still nice. The annual carnival is in February for which accommodation gets booked up well in advance.
