The Luciano K hotel gets it’s name from the local Chilean-Polish architect Luciano Kulczewski who originally designed the building that the hotel now occupies. Built in the 1920’s it was the tallest building in Chile and the first building to have an electric lift and central heating. The careful restoration pays tribute to the art deco style and retains the original lift, floor tiles and impressive marble staircase. Rooms are sleek and stylish and are decorated with contemporary artworks and artistic photographs of Santiago.
