Originally built as a private summer residence, Latitude 10 has since evolved into a small, boutique property near to the low key surfer town of Santa Teresa. No trees were cut down in the construction of this ecologically conscious hotel and each wooden building is surrounded by tropical plants and trees. This immersion in nature is emphasised by the open sided design of the casitas which allow for a cooling breeze and open air outdoor bathrooms. Built using dark almond wood, each casita is individually designed and decorated with pieces of local artworks.
Resembling a luxury beach house, Latitude 10 is all about raw natural beauty and life’s simple pleasures
There are private verandas with chairs and hammocks whilst four poster beds, 400 thread count organic cotton sheets and exclusive locally made toiletries add a touch of luxury. The pool area has lounge chairs, umbrellas and a cocktail and light snack menu whilst breakfast, lunch and dinner is served at the clubhouse restaurant and on the beach. Free bikes and boogie boards are available for use and the hotel can also organise private yoga lessons and massages.
