About 20 minutes outside of Salta, Finca Valentina is a small, traditional country house, owned and managed by an affable Italian couple and their dogs! The service is friendly and welcoming and traditional Argentine asados are often held in the garden. There is a delicious breakfast of home made cakes, bread from the local bakery, seasonal juices and other local products. Traditional cooking classes are also offered to the guests.
