Kioro Suites and spa is located just outside the town of La Fortuna in beautiful grounds with the Arenal volcano as an ever present backdrop. One of the best features of this hotel is the huge rooms, all of which come with their own private jacuzzi, a seating area, a generous bathrooms and two Juliet balconies facing the volcano. The rooms are perhaps a little dated in design, but come with all the modern amenities.

On site there are two restaurants. Heliconias is the very well regarded fine dining option, whereas the Orquideas restaurant located by the pool offers more casual dishes. There are also a choice of bars, one near the hot springs and a sports bar. The main attraction, however, are the eight hot spring pools fed by natural mineral water straight from the volcano. Massages, body wraps, facials and other treatments are available in the spa. Other facilities include a games room and TV lounge. Babysitting services are available for families too.
