The Marriott San Jose Hotel was built in a traditional hacienda style and located next to a thriving 30 acre coffee plantation. There are large public spaces which are dotted with original antiques imported from Guatemala and Mexico. The roof is made from thousands of two hundred year old tiles that were brought in from the colonial city of Granada in Nicaragua. Rooms are divided into four categories including nine suites. All the rooms come well equipped with a minibar, MP3 player, coffee maker, a safe, an ironing board, luxury toiletries and a nightly turndown service.
