Situated about 20 minutes outside the small town of Puerto Villamil on Isabela Island, Scalesia Lodge is located in a peaceful natural setting on the slopes of a volcano. This safari style lodge is made up of a modern main lodge and 16 tents that are dotted around the 40 acre property. Each spacious and comfortable tent features either a king size bed or two queen beds, a private en suite with hot water and tempered glass showers, a living area, wooden floors and a private terrace.

The main lodge is decorated in a contemporary style with huge glass walls and great views of the coast. There are several different social areas where guests can relax and unwind. Isabela island has six towering volcanoes and is home to a huge variety of wildlife. You can expect to see blue footed boobies, flamingos, sea turtles, marine iguanas, land iguanas, tortoises and more. Possible activities in the area include kayaking, surfing, bird watching, hiking and more.
