Why Visit Lake Titicaca in Peru?

"Take a trip across the highest navigable lake in the world, meet the indigenous Uros people who live on floating islands made of reeds and visit Taquile island for its world renown textiles and panoramic views."

High up at 3800 metres on the Andean Plateau sits Lake Titicaca, the largest lake in South America and highest navigable body of water in the world.
